Instructaj - The Recreational Camp

Participative Performance and Installation by ParadisGaraj, The Bureau of Melodramatic Research & Olivia Mihaltianu. Intensive Training Camp: Thursday 20 May, 15:00 - 20:00 hours

ParadisGaraj, The Bureau of Melodramatic Research and Olivia Mihaltianu will be your in-house trainers for a six day period in a recreational camp at the Tempelhof Airport.

Instructaj is a vigorous programme for self-empowerment through self-mastery with our fellow campers. Instructaj encourages the participants to form close knit societies and everlasting friendships. Six days in our camp would equal 1000 hours of individual study. The Instructaj programme will improve Knot productivity, identify and utilize the strengths of Knot members, practice effective collaboration with Knot members, and make the Knot workplace more enjoyable.

Thorough examination of the relationships between the individual, the group and the place of interaction Instructaj will enhance the Knot member qualities: Expressiveness, Emotional stability, Social Perceptiveness, Agreeableness, Adjustment. The camp list of exercises focus on aspects of planning and being adaptable to change. These are important things for the camp participants to be able to do when they are assigned complex tasks or decisions.
